When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from the time of placement.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
To ensure timely processing and delivery, we begin fulfilling orders
immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order
once it has been placed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders ship via Economy Shipping at a flat rate of $7.50 and are delivered within 6–10 business days. Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
If any items in your order are out of stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days after the order ships.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Start by checking your tracking number, which was emailed to you after shipment. If you still need help, contact us through our Contact Us page for further assistance.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase. Items must be mailed to VoiceComm, the shipping provider, and cannot be returned to Consumer Cellular.
Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards. Opened items are subject to inspection and may not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

What is your warranty period?
We stand by the quality of our products. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. If your item is outside the 45-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
