Refund policy
Products (“Item(s)”) purchased online through the Consumer Cellular Accessories Store are sold by Consumer Cellular, Incorporated’s (“Consumer Cellular”) third-party accessory retailer and fulfillment provider Voice Comm, LLC (“VoiceComm”). VoiceComm is an independent company and not an affiliate or agent of Consumer Cellular. Questions about this site, including shipping and returns, should be sent to us VoiceComm at consumercellulards@myvoicecomm.com.
RETURNS: Items may be returned within forty-five (45) days after placing your order online. The return must be made by mail and sent to VoiceComm, who shipped you the Items, and cannot be returned to Consumer Cellular. VoiceComm does not accept returns on sale Items or gift cards. Any opened Items returned to VoiceComm are subject to inspection and may not be refunded or returned. Customers are responsible for shipping and all shipping costs for any returns to VoiceComm. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact VoiceComm immediately if any Item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong Item, so that VoiceComm can evaluate and correct the issue. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the Item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new Item. To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all included parts, manuals, and accessories and in its original packaging. To start a return: (1) go to your Account; (2) find the order you wish to return; (3) click the Request Return button; and (4) if your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. VoiceComm will notify you once it has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since VoiceComm approved your return, please contact VoiceComm at consumercellulards@myvoicecomm.com.
